Legal Aid may be available for some family law matters, particularly where there is evidence of domestic abuse or issues relating to child protection or child abduction.
Eligibility depends on both the type of case and your financial circumstances. We can advise on whether your matter falls within scope and what evidence or financial information may be needed.
If Legal Aid is not available, we can still discuss other ways in which we may be able to help, including an initial fixed fee consultation or privately funded advice.


Wills, Lasting Powers of attorney; Probate, Estate Administration, Estate Planning, Trust Creation and Administration

We can advise you on the legal effect of the document, before deciding whether to proceed.

Both provide legal authority to make decisions for someone who cannot manage their own affairs.
