Sherene Pascall-Wallis

Sherene Pascall-Wallis is a Consultant Childcare Solicitor and specialist children law practitioner with experience across public law care proceedings and related child protection matters.

Sherene advises and represents parents, family members, children and local authorities in public law proceedings, including care, supervision and adoption cases. She is a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel and is able to represent children directly or through their Children’s Guardian.


Her work is rooted in a strong commitment to ensuring that vulnerable and marginalised individuals have access to high-quality legal representation. Sherene approaches each case with care, clarity and a focus on securing the best possible outcome in difficult circumstances.


Sherene has also contributed to child welfare beyond legal practice. She has previously served as an independent member of the fostering panel for the London Borough of Lewisham and the adoption panel for North Yorkshire County Council. She is also a school governor at both primary and secondary level in London.


She holds an LLB in Law from Birkbeck College, University of London.
