Mary-Joyce Insaidoo is the Principal Solicitor and Director of Arthurs Solicitors and an experienced specialist family lawyer advising clients across East Kent and beyond with 20 years of experience and is a Resolution Accredited Specialist. She is also the current Kent Law Society President for 2026 – 2027.
Mary-Joyce handles divorce and financial remedy and civil partnerships dissolution medium – high net worth assets; private law and public law children matters including child arrangement orders, special guardianship, surrogacy, relocation, child abduction and care proceedings where social services are involved; unmarried relationship breakdown including property and financial matters, domestic abuse and forced marriage.
She combines practical advice with a clear understanding of the emotional and financial pressures that often accompany family breakdown.
As a Resolution Accredited specialist family lawyer, Mary-Joyce is committed to a constructive and proportionate approach wherever possible. She works to help clients make informed decisions, protect their position and move matters forward with confidence.

Mary-Joyce trained in South West London and qualified as a solicitor in 2006. She later built her career in East Kent before establishing Arthurs Solicitors.
