Jeff Boateng

Jeff Boateng is the Company Secretary and Digital Consultant at Arthurs Solicitors, supporting the firm’s governance, operational infrastructure and digital development. His role ensures that the Arthurs infrastructure is robust and provides a seamless experience for clients and staff whilst maintaining confidentiality and cyber security awareness.

Jeff is responsible for a broad portfolio spanning estate management, IT, procurement and corporate governance. His role helps ensure that Arthurs operates efficiently, complies with its legal and financial obligations, and maintains high internal standards.

He has studied Digital Transformation at the prestigious Imperial College London as well as holding an MSc in Managing Organisation Performance at Cranfield University. Jeff is a member of the British Computer Society and will be embarking on their AI certification programme shortly.

His professional background is in information technology, analytics and performance management within the UK public sector. He has held a number of senior leadership roles, including Executive Director of Digital Services & Informatics for a London NHS mental health trust, where he oversaw digital services supporting thousands of staff.

Alongside his work with Arthurs, Jeff also runs Genesis Digital, a digital transformation consultancy, bringing strategic and operational insight into technology, data and organisational improvement.
