Elaine Flynn is a Consultant Family Law Solicitor who advises on divorce, financial remedy, private children matters and protective injunctions.

Elaine has particular experience in advising clients on the financial consequences of relationship breakdown, whether they are married, in a civil partnership or unmarried. Her work often involves mid to high net worth cases, including matters involving property portfolios, business interests and concerns about the attempted disposal of assets.

She also prepares cohabitation agreements, separation agreements and pre- and post-nuptial agreements, helping clients plan ahead and reduce the risk of future dispute.
