Joshua Parton TEP is a Consultant Private Client Solicitor advising individuals and families on wills, estate administration, powers of attorney and wider succession planning.

Joshua studied law at the University of Kent, graduating with First Class Honours, before completing the Legal Practice Course with Distinction at Manchester Metropolitan University. He qualified as a solicitor in 2019 and has since developed a broad private client practice across Kent.

Joshua advises on wills, lasting powers of attorney, deputyship applications, probate, estate administration, trust creation and administration, and estate planning. He combines technical knowledge with a clear and approachable style, helping clients understand their options and put robust arrangements in place.

He is a full member of Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners STEP, the leading global professional body for trust and estate practitioners. Joshua is also a Recommended Lawyer in the Legal 500 for 2026.

In addition to his work in legal practice, Joshua also supports the development of junior lawyers and tutors students preparing for the Solicitors Qualifying Examination.
